Aquila is the new name of the old building called "Maeva Rond Point des Pistes". The residence has been totally renovated by the famously local architect Mr Alain Perrier. The outside of the building has a good mix of stone and wood, totally in sync with the traditional Savoyard architecture. If you step out on to the balconies they offer a stunning view of the surrounding slopes and mountains. Elegant designs, high quality lamps, stylish furniture's have been chosen especially for Aquila. Communal areas have obviously been refurbished too. The entrance is large and cosy, when entering the building it gives you a feel of what the whole building is like. The ski lockers are spacious and equipped with boots dryers.
The "Rond point des pistes" area is where this luxurious building stands. It is ski in ski out, located right on the piste. The bus stop, which about 200m from your front door is where you can be transported to either end of the village. You can also walk across the piste which will take you straight in to the centre of town. Underneath the building you'll find the ski shop Snowberry, as well as the restaurant called "La Gourmandine" where you can get breakfast supplies, as well as lunch or dinner.
