It benefits of views over the golf course. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a dining area, and a lovely open-plan kitchen fully equipped and opening onto the terrace.

Two large double bedrooms: one double bedroom with two single beds and its en-suite bathroom, with plenty of storage space. A second double bedroom with its own shower room, plus a guest toilet.

Outside: a large sunny terrace offering views of the golf course . A plancha grill is at your disposal.

You will have access to a beautiful, quiet communal swimming pool in the residence. A private garage is available, and plenty of parking spaces are provided at the entrance of the residence.
