The tastefully furnished apartment with terrace with about 60 m² is located on the ground floor of a holiday home. It is divided into a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment is suitable for a family with two children. In one bedroom there is a cozy double bed, in the second bedroom a Tandembett, which can be easily pushed together during the day. The bed linen is inclusive. Please bring your own towels.
Kölpinsee has been popular as a seaside resort for generations. Due to its central location on the island of Usedom, this place is an ideal starting point for various excursions. In Kölpinsee you will find restaurants, a fish smokehouse, a supermarket, a general practitioner, a riding stable and a bike rental, as well as a stop of the Usedomer Bäderbahn and a Heimatstube. In the centrally located "House of the guest" are the spa administration and a library. On the spacious plot in the immediate forest location is a separate house (last refurbishment 2018) and a cottage with two residential units Each unit has a cozy terrace, or a balcony. The property is very suitable for several families or friends. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is about 1000 m.
