Our 2-room apartments offer 1 to 4 people room for sleeping, living and cooking. With this modern style furnished apartments, the sleeping area is separated by a door from the living area and thus allows the desired privacy. Our apartments are decorated with a large kitchen, Essberecih and other equipment for an extra charge.

Gab Unstimmigkeiten im Hotel wegen der Bezahlung (hatten Zahlung bereits lt. Buchungsbestätigung vorgenommen), konnte aber geklärt werden, ansonsten alles top.

Gutes Hotel... keine Appartementwohnung

Leider haben wir nicht das vorgefunden, was wir erwartet haben. Statt einer Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern und Küche, welche wir gebucht hatten, war es ein Schlafzimmer, eine Ausziehcouch im kleinen Wohnzimmer, was als solches nicht mehr genutzt werden konnte, und eine große Küchenleiter, die außer eines kleinen Kühlschranks und ein Spülbecken, nichts enthielt. Weder Kochfeld, noch Teller oder Besteck, Kaffeemaschine, nichts! Schränke waren außer ein paar Gläsern komplett leer. Die Antwort auf meine Frage an der Rezeption, warum wir ein Hotelzimmer statt des gebuchten Appartements vorgefunden haben war: wir haben doch ein Restaurant. Das war nicht das was ich von den letzten Buchungen über FeWo gewohnt war. Beim Check out sagte man mir, dass ich vorher bei der Buchung hätte angeben müssen, dass ich eine Küche benötige, dann wäre diese auch entsprechend ausgestattet gewesen?????? Dies wurde bei der Buchung weder gefragt noch darauf hingewiesen. Fazit, das Personal vom Housekeeping ist sehr sehr freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend. Hätte ich ein Hotel gewollt, hätte ich eines gebucht, und als Zahnputzbecher für 3 Personen einen Plastikbecher hinzustellen, Bettwäsche aus denen das Innere bei jeder Bewegung rausrutscht, und eine Küche als Attrappe, zeichnet dieses Hotel nicht aus. Mir kam es so vor als sei das Appartement Hotel in Geldnot geraten und bevor es richtig fertig war eröffnet worden. Sauber, freundlich und nicht zu weit vom Bahnhof weg, sind die positiven Attribute. Ansonsten eher sehr enttäuschend. Entweder solltet ihr als FeWo von eurer Seite nehmen oder explizit darauf hinweisen, das dies ein Hotel und keine Ferienwohnung ist.
