About this property

Centrally located vacation home in a garden with a parking space

This spacious vacation bungalow measures 43 m² and is located on a plot of approximately 2,200 m² in the center of Berlin. Since Easter 2018, our vacation home has been fully renovated and refurnished—including new mattresses, a completely new bathroom, and more—and is once again available for your stay. The vacation home features a radio and satellite TV. The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, plenty of dishes, and an exhaust hood. There are 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds, all with new mattresses), each with a closet; a shower with a toilet; and a living/kitchen area with an additional dining table. A crib and high chair are provided free of charge. Garden furniture is available on the large sun terrace, and a Weber grill is also available upon request. Bedding, towels, and all utilities, as well as sales tax and city tax, are included in the price. No smoking!
Your children are welcome to use the swing, sandbox, and giant trampoline.
Due to the property’s convenient location near major transportation routes, some noise from the S-Bahn cannot be ruled out.

This was a quaint cottage in a wonderful garden setting. It is in a quiet neighborhood only a short walk to the U-bahn station. Annette, our Host was very friendly and meet us at arrival to show us into the property. Would stay again if in the area.

Surrounded by mature trees and greenery, staying so central in Berlin was like an oasis. Excellent public transport and closeness to the shops made it practical for us to see the sights of Berlin.

Lovely oasis in the city

Very comfortable home in an oasis in the middle of the city. Beds were very good, sitting area was comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped to make meals. The garden area was very lovely and a nice outdoor seating area is provided. Would definitely stay again if I am ever back to Berlin.

Cozy garden ADU in Berlin

We had a wonderful stay in Annette's ADU in Berlin. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. We were on a road trip from Sweden, so we were happy to have a secure parking spot and easy access (10 minutes walk) to the train station, with frequent trains into the city center.Only caution I would mention would be that the owners keep bees, which did not bother us at all, but maybe concerning to a person who's allergic to bee stings.

Best place ever!!!

Everything was perfect. The gardens are beautiful and well cared for, and the chickens are a bonus. The house is just like the pictures, everything you need to make your stay just like home. Enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio with the sun going down and the hibiscus flowers blooming. Would definitely come back here again, close walk to the Sbaun, from there all of Berlin.

We had a wonderful vacation here. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Our host was helpful and kind. The garden was so beautiful, full of lovingly-tended dahlias and marigolds. The garden house was just as described: clean, well apportioned and well organized. We had everything we needed and enjoyed grilling outside. Our children loved the play equipment and trampoline. We would recommend it to other families and would happily stay again. Thank you!

Wedding Accommodation

We needed somewhere for overseas based family to stay so that they could attend a family wedding at the Black Barn. This property was a adjacent to other properties where other guests were staying. These groups were able to meetup outside of the official wedding activities. This accommodation was easy walking distance from the lake and was on the bus route to the wedding.

Nous apprécions toujours ce merveilleux moment de vie au milieu de la verdure et à toute proximité du centre de Berlin. Trams, bus et métros, pistes cyclables sont tous proches.
