This apartment, located on the ground floor of a beautiful house comprising three independent apartments, includes a fully equipped kitchen open to a small living area with a view of the Mont-Saint-Michel Bay. It offers three sleeping spaces, including one on the sofa bed in the living room (for one person). The bedroom, tiled and furnished with a 140 x 190 cm bed, has two high windows overlooking the rear of the building, providing a peaceful environment for the night. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. A plus for this rental is its private parking space in a closed garage (1 space suitable for a small to medium-sized car).Les Chants de la Houle is an ideal base for visiting Cancale and discovering the treasures of the Mont Saint-Michel Bay.
Note:- The apartment is located on the ground floor of a stone house comprising three holiday rentals. These apartments, renovated in 1995, maintain a simple and typically Breton decor. They are not suitable for babies.
- No WIFI.
- Bed linen is offered as an option: the kit includes bed linen as well as one large and one small towel per person.
- The parking space in the garage is suitable for a standard-sized car, but is not suitable for SUVs or vans.
