Location, location, location. Pull your car right up to the door to unload, ground level, D building, no walking up stairs after a long day on the mountain! Walk across the street to Canyon Lodge. Free Red trolley and Gondola out front. Over 1050sq ft. 2 bed 2 bath at 1849 Condos, the cleanest condo in 1849! Free wifi, free park out front/ all new remodel, Geared for Boarders and skiers ultimate convenience. Brand new mattresses, warm down comforters, cozy trendy decor, new flooring, new paint and all new KITCHEN. Kitchen clean and stocked with everything you need. Complimentary firewood, wifi, coffee pods and 2 parking spots. Room to work at full size dining rm table. I love the morning sun coming up in the livingroom and kitchen to feel the day. The only outdoor patio/deck in 1849! Also privacy out the view windows so you don’t have to close the shades. The bedrooms are on the other side so you can easily sleep in. 2 spas, sauna, rec room and seasonal pool. Separate laundry house, new 65” Roku TV with cable TV. Mountain Bike Wash Station in summer, 3 private electric charging stations

Perfect location for a ski trip!

Very nice condo and excellent location. The parking is great and extremely convenient when you are unloading your stuff. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to stay here again!

Great place and amazing location!

We thoroughly enjoined our stay at Jennifer's property. The location couldn't be better and the condo is as advertised. Jennifer was very accommodating from the moment we booked, and accessing the condo couldn't have been easier. We hope to stay at Jennifer's property again in the future.

This unit has been updated beautifully, and has everything needed for a wonderful vacation in the mountains! Comfy beds, linens, stocked kitchen, close to lifts and hot tub! Jennifer was helpful and easy to work with. Loved it!

Steps to the Slope

We had a really wonderful stay here. Everything was fresh, modern and well stocked (including the kitchen). Great place to stay if you want to just be a few minutes walk to the slopes. Parking for two cars, mudroom entrance for your gear, two nice rooms. Would definitely go back.

The PERFECT condo in Mammoth!

Location, Location, Location!! This spacious, comfortable space seems newly renovated with tasteful decor. Many thoughtful amenities & the kitchen had everything I needed to cook a good meal. Jennifer is an excellent experienced host and a good communicator. She goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have an exceptional stay. This is the best place to stay in Mammoth!

Excellent location. Great Unit and wonderful host

Our family of four (my wife, I and our two young kids) rented this property for our ski trip. Location is wonderful, just a short few minutes walk to Canyon Lodge where our older son met his ski instructor daily and our younger daughter went for ski school and daycare. The unit itself was beautiful. Very well maintained and exactly as shown in pictures. Jennifer is a great host - prompt, responsive and clear in her communication. We had no issue at all during our stay and would definitely come back to this unit again in the future when we visit Mammoth.

1849 condos are across the street from Canyon Lodge, well maintained, a laundry house, the snow is groomed often, easy unload from car, pool and spa and a short walk, above all CLOSE to the slopes! the summer a bike wash station.

What makes this property unique

My unit is very clean, spacious without a lot of clutter, it includes a high quality water filter at kitchen sink, an absolute plus in Mammoth. Comfortable clean beds with enough hooks to hang your many jackets and clothes to keep you happy. The only outdoor patio in 1849 condos with a peaceful private view out the large window expanse. One stair inside, step down to living room which is a deal breaker after a long day on the Mountain. Awesome Canyon Lodge is a short walk across the street! The best location!
