Very atypical apartment of 110m² (including 80m² Carrez), crossing North-South, on the 6th and last floor of a small building with 11 apartments. 2 terraces (8m² facing south and 5m² north). Bright and very quiet.

Parking space in the basement availableIdeally located in the heart of the 6th arrondissement: 10' walk from the Parc de la Tête d'Or, near Metro lines A (Masséna) and B (Brotteaux), Vélo'V station 50m away, many shops and restaurants, Saturday morning market at 50m & Halles Paul Bocuse at 5 'walk

Ideal accommodation for 4 or 5 people (because only one small bathroom)
Possibility of choosing the B-Z sofa INSTEAD of a bedroom (ask me) ... but this should not make 2 additional beds. Thank you for understanding!

Charmant appartement très bien placé . Rien ne manque . Excellente communication avec l’hôtesse très disponible, réactive et surtout très arrangeante et flexible par rapport à nos horaires d’arrivée et de départ. À recommander !

Accueillir des personnes comme vous est un vrai bonheur ....et ne peut que stimuler l'envie d'être arrangeante pour de prochains visiteurs qui choisiront de venir chez moi! Dès lors que cela est possible pourquoi ne pas faire plaisir et simplifier la vie de chacun en étant flexible?!
