First VRBO AWESOME

First time we used VRBO. We were a little apprehensive. Would it be as advertised? My wife and I were most concerned about cleanliness. We loved it and are currently planning next years longer stay. Location awesome!!!

Balboa charm

This house is very clean and has all the essentials. The renter is easy to get ahold of and helpful. Everything is close in Balboa but this is only a block off the main drag, which made walking around in the evening a breeze. Highly Recommended!!!

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation! Everything about this place was great, clean and well kept. A perfect Balboa Island cottage that allowed our family to relax and enjoy the sunshine and ocean breeze. We will be back next year!

Charming cottage in excellent location

The house was neat and clean and had everything we needed, and it’s proximity to downtown Balboa Island cannot be beat. We look forward to staying here again!
