Child friendly, beautiful holiday development "Yolemi". 1.5 km from the centre of Cambrils, 125 km from the centre of Barcelona, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn 500 m2 flowers. In the complex: sauna (extra). Fitness room (extra). Hot tub (extra). Spa area (extra), playroom, shopping facilities, bicycles available (extra). Bus stop "doppler" 150 m, sandy beach 100 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Very happy

We found the home met all our needs. It was spotless clean on arrival. The house is not modern but has all you need incl.uding full aircon. The big well maintained garden is great. The location is excellent and it has superb privacy. The only problems were minor niggles and the interior is a little bland, but all in all it was great value.

Limpieza

el único inconveniente que hemos tenido ha sido la limpieza, creemos que la casa no estaba en las condiciones correctas cuando la recibimos, había cosas con suciedad. Por el resto una estancia estupenda!

Esta muy bien pero cosas mejorables

La casa en si, está muy bien. El olor era un poco desagradable, no iría mal que antes de que entraran los huéspedes se ventilara o se pusiera ambientador. Las puertas y ventanas ya tienen años y la principal está ya tocadilla. La cocina bien, pero podían repasar algún electrodoméstico pequeño como es el caso de la cafetera que estaba para tirar. En general fue perfecto, el jardín para los niños ideal. Solo cambiaría el mobiliario antiguo y sería brutal. La recomiendo mucho para ir en familia

En general bien pero mejorable

Caro en relación al estado del inmueble. El césped súper seco, la reja carcomida, baño con olores y hormigas por toda la casa. Las ventanas sin persianas, limpieza mejorable y la ropa de cama necesita renovación. Aun así es una propiedad muy interesante y bien localizada. Casa amplia y jardín espléndido (si se mantiene).

Comfortabele en ruime woning

De slaapkamers en de woonkamer met eet- en zitruimte zijn ruim en comfortabel. De twee badkamers bieden ruim voldoende comfort. Ook de keuken biedt het nodige comfort: servies zoals koppen, borden, glazen, messen, lepels en vorken zijn in ruime mate aanwezig. Ook de tuin rondom het huis maakt het aangenaam. We zouden deze woning zeker terugnemen voor een volgende vakantie.

Ruhige Lage in Strandnähe

Sehr gut ausgestattet, modernes Geschirr in mehr als ausreichender Stückzahl, geräumige Zimmet, großzügige Bäder, sehr großer Wohnraum innen. Ausreichend Stühle. Überdachter, wettergeschützter Sitzplatz im Freien. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Lounge im Freien und der überdachte Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.
