Gorgeous, very private condo in the quietest pocket of the resort with incredible views! This is a rare single-level end unit with only one common wall (no unit to the left, right or above you) making you feel like you are staying in a stand-alone home and with no stairs to navigate. Beautifully renovated kitchen with quality stainless steel appliances and new furniture throughout. You will love the quiet patio with lemon tree to the right, with an expansive, incredible view looking out over the golf course to the San Jacinto Mountains in the distance. Spend a day lounging by the amazingly scenic pool only 100 steps away from the back patio (see picture). Enjoy the shops or amazing restaurants at nearby El Paseo drive, maybe hike in the nearby Indian Canyons or Joshua Tree National Park. Maybe you want to spend the day close to home where the renown Desert Falls Resort offers pickle ball or tennis and a modern fitness center - all included in your stay! Views of fairway and mountains were superb! Communication with host was excellent, 2 technical issues were taken care of within a couple of hours. Beds were very comfy, mattress not too soft!There even was a cooler with cooling elements for shopping & excursions. Will definitely go there again

Superb location close to restaurants, prime golf and grocery stores. Desert Falls is the location sweet spot in Palm Desert. The entry from the Frank Sinatra gate assures a quiet stay. Matt, our host, is in a class by himself. We’ve stayed in VRBOs on four continents and Matt sets himself apart on being easy to work with. Communication is instantaneous. Leaving this review risks our availability for future visits but Matt deserves the praise. Thanks Matt!

Quiet and Restful Holiday Oasis

We enjoyed staying at this property very much. It was conveniently located, enabling us to visit our extended family who live in Palm Desert for the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen is well stocked, and the laundry room provided a much welcome opportunity to keep up with laundry. The view of the golf course and surrounding mountains from the patio was lovely. A provided step stool was available to get into the high bed in the master bedroom, as well as into the tub/shower in the master bathroom. Plenty of hot water was available for showers. Written instructions for unlocking and locking the front door were helpful and easy to follow. Everything helped us to feel right at home. Having breakfast at a table near the kitchen was delightful, with a nice view of the outdoors through louvered blinds. Neighbors were friendly, waving to us as we set out for our daily adventures. It was exceptionally quiet. We look forward to returning, and especially appreciate the kind communication with the property owner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property - the location, cleanliness, easy pool access and amenities provided were excellent. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms spacious. Excellent Condo and Location

Our stay was very enjoyable. The condo is very large and well laid out. We found the kitchen stocked with everything needed to prepare and cook meals. The patio was a great place to relax and enjoy the views of the golf course and mountains. Location was great ,every thing is a short drive away and easy access to the highway. Owner did a great job communicating. We will be reserving this unit again next time we come to the desert to play golf.
