Waikoloa Beach Resort located about 19 miles north of Keahole-Kona Airport.   This village surrounded in Lava provides visitors with a variety of activities such as boats, golf, Hotels, restaurants, shopping center, and beach.  Waikoloa is centrally located on the island making it easy to travel and explore the north, south and east side of the island. Visit nearby Hapuna Beach for boogie boarding or check out Mauna Kea Resort for swimming, snorkeling and gorgeous views.

Hali'i Kai

Hali'i Kai at Waikoloa Beach Resort is a 29-acre oceanfront resort, along an ocean golf course and the Pacific Ocean with luxurious 2-3 bedroom townhomes in a park-like setting with picnic areas and plenty of grassy grounds for kids to run on.  This gated complex has different views; ocean, mountain, golf course, and gardens. The private Ocean Club is exclusively for Hali'i Kai owners and their guests. Overlooking the Pacific ocean, you can swim, dine owner, and exercise.

Important Information: Hali'i Kai Mandatory Resort Fee :
2024 : $25.00 plus tax per night/per household for your entire stay.
The resort fee is payable directly to Halii Kai management on your arrival date.
Guests will have access to the Ocean Club facilities, receive an overnight parking pass along with an electronic gate key card. The resort fee is subject to change at any time without notice.

Met with manager who was very gracious.Only issue was lack of toilet paper. 3 rolls for 8 nights and 5 adults wasn’t enough. We had to buy own own, so you might want to bring a couple rolls with you. Otherwise the place was great.

Fabulous Vacation
The rental was in a great location with a beautiful pool area with food and drinks. Check in was smooth and the unit was perfect for a family of five. The only thoughts to make our stay even better, would be having the AC set a bit cooler for the evenings and some of the beach equipment updated and restocked.
