Cocoonr offers you this recently renovated 32 m² flat for rent in Villarembert. It's located on the 16th and top floor, and offers uninterrupted views of the slopes. With a lovely south-facing aspect, it is bathed in light and guarantees absolute tranquillity thanks to the absence of any neighbours above. Ideally located next to the snow front, you have direct access to the slopes, ski in ski out. The flat can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Located on the 16th and top floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 19 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and a sleeping area. Wifi included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 19 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open, fully-equipped kitchen with a large fridge, a dolce gusto coffee maker, an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, a raclette grill...
- An alcove with a bunk bed (two double beds 140x200)
- Bathroom with shower, towel warmer and washing machine
- A separate WC

Outside :
- A 4 m² balcony with a view of the slopes. Furniture available to enjoy the sunny days (table and two chairs).

For your added comfort, the owners provide the following facilities: hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

The flat is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. On the ground floor of the building, direct access to the covered walkway takes you to the shops, mini-market and delicatessen, as well as the heated swimming pool, sauna and gym.

Activities :
- A wide range of activities are available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-led sleigh rides, ski school 600 metres away, mountain biking, etc.
- Resort facilities (heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, etc.) at an additional cost
- Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO toboggan race, human curling, farm visit, torchlit descent.
- The resort has had the "Family Plus" label since 2006, with activities for all ages.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation (public car park at the foot of the building).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Saint-Jean de Maurienne SNCF train station, 25 minutes away by car
- Chambéry airport, 1 hour 15 minutes by car (shuttle service available from the airport)
