You will also have a functional bathroom, a fully equipped and new kitchen, as well as an office with screens available to work if needed.
The living room, bright, opens onto a balcony that will allow you to enjoy the southern exposure and a breathtaking view of the city.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal various equipment such as a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fan, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven and a coffee machine, for an optimal comfort.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so you don’t have to worry about these details.
Note that there is no Wifi in the accommodation.
The location of the apartment is also an asset. You will be close to the Golden Head Park, accessible by the entrance on Stalingrad Boulevard or Verguin Avenue. The shops are only 5 to 10 minutes walk away, as well as the trams and subway A and B, located near the place Charpennes.
The restaurants and cafes are a 10-minute walk away, and we particularly recommend the breweries of Brotteaux and Bocuse for an unforgettable culinary experience. Part-Dieu Station is a 20-minute walk or accessible by tram in just 5 stops.
