You have full access to the entire town home. You will also have access to the parking garage and bike storage facilities near the entrance to the parking garage- bring you own lock!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return building/parking FOB to entryway. $150 immediate fine if not returned. Thank you
