A spacious and modern three-story vacation home!
First Floor accommodations:
Large open space living room area, with comfortable sofas, a 65-inch smart tv with loads of free movie apps for adults and children, basic cable tv with voice control remote, and a fireplace. The kitchen has full-size appliances, kitchenware, and a coffee station. Additionally, there is an island bar with seating for four guests. There is also a large dining area in which guests can gather for family meals and other activities such as board games. A remote workstation that includes an office desk and chair, is available to our guests.
Second Floor accommodation: (Two Bedrooms)
Bedroom with walk-in closet, full bath, Queen bed with comfortable mattress, 40-inch smart tv, alarm clock, nightstand, dresser, cellphone desk charger, dressing mirror.
Bedroom with walk-in closet, full bath, King bed with comfortable mattress, 55-inch smart tv, alarm clock, nightstand, dresser, fireplace, cellphone desk charger, dressing mirror. The bathroom has a large double sink, jacuzzi tub, and separate stand-up shower.
Laundry room:
Full-size washer and dryer. Pods and dryer sheets are available. Iron and ironing board.

A local military veteran is the owner and manages this property. The property is ideal and a great find for military families relocating to and from the area (temporary housing), out-of-state contractors working locally, corporate employees, and vacationers.

The property is great for vacation rentals that can accommodate large families. Centrally located in the Hampton roads area.

Contactless entry, very spacious home, wide hallways, remote workstation, jacuzzi tub, free movie apps! Close to military bases, and downtown Norfolk district.
Additional COVID safety measures:
All bedding includes clean white sheets and white pillow cases, the mattress (not boxspring) is zipper cased, with an additional mattress cover, and zippered pillow casing.
The bedding, including the covers, is washed and sanitized after every reservation. We spray sanitize each room, along with all mattresses, after every cleaning. We change our air filters every 20 days. Hand sanitizer is provided to guests.
