About this property

Contemporary villa with heated pool

Calm and comfort guaranteed for this fully air-conditioned and perfectly equipped villa offering an ideal setting for holidays with family or friends (4-star furnished tourist accommodation). Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac 1 km from the shops, restaurants, cafes... of the village. A 10-minute drive away you will be on the beaches of Ste Maxime or on the Promenade or can take the boat (regular shuttle) to go to St Tropez, Port Grimaud... Pretty hiking/mountain biking trails are available from the house.

Very bright and well-appointed house with large cupboards.
BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED AND INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. BEDS WILL BE PREPARED BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL.

Swimming pool treated with salt electrolysis (less aggressive treatment than chlorine). Swimming pool with internal steps and security alarm.
Mid-week pool maintenance (Wednesdays) for weekly rentals will be carried out (service included in the price).

Great house with a location close enough to walk to village centre to enjoy the choice of restaurants and shops.Olivier and Isabelle were welcoming hosts and communication throughout the booking process and stay was timely and informative. Great hosts.Day trips to St Tropez, Cannes and Monaco all very achievable from the property.Very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
