Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed and the inside pool code given to us did not work. It would have been nice to know when the outside pool closes each year.
House was very clean and had everything we needed. The game room was great for all and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Any questions I had for the owner they were quick to respond. Would 100% stay again.
This cabin was perfect for our two family getaway. The kids loved the bunk room and living area downstairs, while the parents enjoyed the views from the deck and the comfortable beds! We will be back the next time we come to the Smokies.
The house was as stated, most everything we needed . Didn’t have code to gate , so check in was delayed. WiFi and phone service was awful and for my daughter in law that needed to work from there it was a disaster. Owner tried to help us but really it wasn’t successful. TV very limited Code to indoor pool was needed owner got that to us , not much closet space and no dressers in some bed rooms ,lived out of suitcases . Hot tub had been moved and it was 2 days before we located that spot. As stated house was really nice and clean there however is maintenance needed in some areas . Owner got back to me on things quickly . Not sure I’d go back there . But it is a Beautiful home and nice area . This was our fourth year first time with
This cabin was beautiful. I don’t think we could have picked a nicer place. Had to communicate with the owner about a small problem that he immediately helped me with. Extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this property.
The home was Awsome. We would definitely book again. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved that everyone had own bathroom. Loved that there were bedrooms on each floor. Home owner responded to our needs promptly
The stay was great. The cabin was just as promised. It had plenty of space. The porches were great!!! Not a lot of parking for several cars or an oversized car.
We stayed here for the weekend while we eloped. It was 10 minutes from town. But still felt like you were very secluded. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.
This cabin had a little bit for everyone on our trip. A pool table and arcade games for the kids, hot tubs on 2 floors and huge wraparound porches. This made for a nice way for everyone to spread out and because of that we ended up spending more time at the cabin together than usual instead of everyone going out to different attractions. Would definitely book this cabin again!
First time ever doing this and I must say I was impressed. I couldn't find the property at first cause it was so dark and the numbers on the outside were also dark. The water pressure was low in some of the bathrooms and we had trouble flushing some toilets. Other than WE HAD A BLAST!!!! checkers, the hot tub, grilling, the atmosphere. Couldn't have asked for better

Beautiful home--repairs needed
Though the owner tried to bribe us for a perfect score, I refused the money so I could be honest. We rented a 4 bath home with 2 hot tubs and a pool table, but the upstairs shower was inoperable and one hot tub had been removed. The pool table was covered with fan parts for 1/3 of our stay, as a couple handymen came in and out trying to repair a light. While we were there, the grill was replaced leaving a mess of charcoal on the deck. The wi-fi is very limited, we would take turns trying to check the weather or purchase tickets for outings.
The home itself is beautiful, but many things need to be repaired, e.g., lights, tvs, hinge on upstairs door. The owner was responsive to our requests and did send a handyman to fix things, but we didn't even mention everything we found just things that interfered with our stay. The setting is peaceful and it isn't too far from Pigeon Forge.
My wife and I booked a last minute stay in this cabin and were very pleased with the accomodations. They were exactly as advertised. Check in was simple (all digital). Communication was great. Check out was easy as well.
Tips for future guests: 1) There was not a DVD/BluRay player but it looks like one could be connected if you bring one and presuming owner would allow. I know ... who uses those anymore? Right? Well, we had a series from the library we would have watched. Not a complaint at all as one was not promised ... just FYI. 2) As with many split level units with one thermostat/HVAC unit, there was a significant temperature difference between the lower level, the main level and the upper level (which is the "master" bedroom/bath). We stayed only on the main level so it did not effect us much, but it is probably good to know for a larger group as you make plans for who will stay where. And, again, this is not a complaint as it is very common with these multi-level units.
We were very pleased with our stay and have no reservations in recommending it to others.
This is an amazing house! Well set up, and a ton of room for us. Communication with host is spot on. We got back to the house one afternoon and there was no water. Contacted host and it might have taken 5 minutes for return Communication. There was a water main break in our area and obviously no fault of the host. We were quickly informed of the situation and kept up to date on time frame of repair. Host later checked in to make sure eveything was back working and in order. The neighborhood is quiet. Hot tub, pool table, arcade game. There is a pool and put put course on site. It is a bit of a hike to get there, but an easy drive and there is a place to park. Im giving a 5 for cleanliness but there was a weird grill mess that was left under the grill on the deck. We eneded up just not using the grill as we had no idea what was going on and did want any serious issues caused by us.The mess is large enough that it does not seem like this was the first time it had been skipped over. The windows are quite dirty and a large deck spindal was broken. I think these things are minor and easily fixable and the enjoyment we got from the house was not diminished by them. The house is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Towels and bedding very clean and pleasant smelling. And the laundry did not have and overpowering smell thst makes it hard for somw to deal with. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone. I just dont see how you go wrong with this one.
The pictures online did not do this cabin justice. We were excited about this stay from the beginning and once we arrived it added another level of excitement. This is perfect for kids! The only thing we wished we had extra was an air hockey table! Thanks for the awesome experience!!!
It was clean, 3 levels, more than enough room for the 10 of us…5 children and 5 adults. Location was really nice and peaceful but only 15 mins from everything.
First the bad, most of our complaints are with the lower level. The bathroom had white splotches from tooth paste and soap on the walls. The ceiling had spider webs, the commode had black slime where it had not been scrubbed, the floor was very uneven where the cabin has settled to the point that the pool balls would roll to one side. The pool table didn't have enough space which made it difficult to play. The bathroom had lots of broken tiles and the commode was sank into the floor. Now the good. The beds were good, there is plenty of space to spread out, and the kitchen was fully furnished. The bunk bed room is really cool and the kids love it. We have stayed in better but have certainly stayed in worse.

We had a great time but….
Host was slow to respond. The tv down stairs in game room wasn’t working. Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom wouldn’t seal and water wouldn’t stay in the tub so we couldn’t use it and we didn’t have clear instructions on what we’re supposed to do when leaving and cleaning up.
Walking thru the door my family felt a welcome warm feeling, like a big hug! This cabin is absolutely beautiful. Every room felt cozy. My family did an actual photo shoot with our Cabin Crew 2025 T-shirts. We did not want to leave. I loved the double patio. I could be on one floor while others were on the lower deck in the hot tub. I will definitely try to book this place anytime I come back.
Far enough out of town to enjoy the wilderness views, close enough to get to the attractions
