Rustic retreat Deep Creek MD

The deck was very dirty, it appeared the cleaning company had not cleaned the deck. The hottub maintenance person came on Saturday of our weekend and drained/cleaned tub,which created a delay in use, the house was infected with carpenter ants which made it very challenging with younger children and the adults. We understand we were in the woods, however, we believe the cleaning company could have been better. Also, the airconditioner only blew out air, (not cool air) on the main and 2nd floors, but the basement was very cold. We have worked with VRBO for years but this location was not the same standards we are used to. Please do not post this for the public to view. Thank you.
