Ardèche - Unique home in the Bésorgues Valley.

This is the Casa Chateau. In a small hamlet at the top of the Bésorgues valley (close to the thermal baths of Vals-les-Bains, Mont Mezenc and Lake Issarlès), the house is being rehabilitated but perfectly liveable (reasonable price due to the ongoing fittings). 2 bedrooms (parents double bed / children 2 single beds) + sofa bed in the living room + equipped kitchen + bathroom with bathtub + small balcony loggia + large terrace + efficient wood stove for winter evenings. Sublime landscape. Rivers, hikes and natural curiosities for days in the great outdoors. Magnificent.
