The house offers a thoughtful layout, with bedrooms distributed between the ground floor and the upper floor, organized around several bathrooms to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.
The main living area is designed for convivial moments, featuring a very large dining table that can host 16–18 guests for long, shared meals.
Upstairs, a second TV lounge provides a quieter space for relaxation.

Outside, the property opens onto a 7,000 m² private garden, extending toward open fields with no overlooking neighbors, offering a rare sense of space and tranquility. The garden is dotted with fruit trees, creating a peaceful, natural setting.
The heated swimming pool (5 x 9 m), secured with a safety fence, is available from June 1st. A ping-pong table is set on the large terrace for outdoor leisure.

All amenities are conveniently close by: Cany-Barville, just 5 minutes by car, offers excellent local shops as well as a large supermarket.
The charming beaches of Veulette-sur-Mer and Les Petites Dalles are only a few kilometers away.
