Cosy, fully-equipped home15 minutes from Orly airport and Paris

Our cosy house is located in a residential area 15km and a quarter of an hour from Paris (Porte d'Orléans or Porte d'Italie). It offers two bedrooms connected to a welcoming living room that sits in the centre of the house, between the kitchen, the bathroom, and of course, the two bedrooms. Our master bedroom has a double bed that opens onto a garden with a table and eight chairs, sun loungers, and even a barbecue. The second bedroom has two separate single beds that can be extended to accommodate a second person; in total, the house sleeps eight. The kitchen is very functional and separate from the living room for added privacy. It is equipped with an oven and hob, an air fryer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a wide variety of dishes.
The shower, which is also brand new, includes a walk-in shower, a towel warmer and a washing machine.
The green space is being landscaped, it is equipped with garden furniture and enough space for children, for a barbecue, for a friendly time with family or friends.
