The Villa Les Pins includes:

- a living room with equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area, and the living room. The living room opens onto a large terrace with table and chairs

- Upstairs 2 bedrooms with for one a bed 160 and fitted wardrobes, for the other a bed 180 (composed of 2 single beds 90) and cupboards, 1 shower room, as well as a bedroom (bed 180) en suite with dressing room and shower room.

The villa is fully air conditioned. A swimming pool and a beautiful outdoor area (pétanque field...), complete the property. 3 Private parking spaces. Wifi.

The villa is located near the port of Figueirette, between Théoule and Saint-Raphaël, where you can rent a boat, a jet ski and other water equipment, enjoy magnificent sandy beaches, and enjoy the restaurants.
