Breathtaking Shoal Bay Villa
Villa Romeo 1 is a magnificent villa situated in Shoal Bay East with breathtaking views, privacy, and enough space to entertain small or large group! Villa is on the sea -10,000 sq. ft., featuring 7 bedrooms, 6 baths, and sleeping accommodations for up to 18.
The property features grande living room, well equipped large kitchen, dining room and 3 master bedrooms on the main floor. The lower floor has 1 master bedroom and 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, an additional kitchen with small living room. There is one master bedroom with queen size bed that has separate entrance on the left wing of the villa.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, a/c, TV whereas the main living room had all sliding glass doors opening to an expansive covered gallery which is great for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views of the Atlantic ocean and listening to the sound of the waves.
There is a large pool with a covered and uncovered area.
There also is a small bit of sandy beach accessed via a path from the villa however Shoal Bay East is just 3 minutes away and is rated one of the top beaches in the world!
