Comfortable & modern Staying in the half timbered ambience of the Old Parish Gudensberg

Take refuge in the protection of a 500-year-old wall and enjoy the special atmosphere of bygone centuries in the modern ambience of the old rectory. We offer a brand new 90sqm apartment for 2-4 persons (additional people on request) with two comfortable bedrooms, a large living area with fireplace, modern kitchen and bathroom and an attractive leisure area with garden, Grillkota and vaulted cellar.

We live in a North Hessian half-timbered house from 1642, the Old Rectory of Gudensberg.
If you enter the small enchanted garden through the portal of the stately enclosure wall from 1488, you leave everyday life behind.
In the middle of the bustle of the small town you will find a place of rest and relaxation. Under the canopy of the old lime tree while having coffee, enjoy the campfire romance in the Finnish Kota or at a wine evening in the medieval vault.

Our central location allows you to visit in a few minutes several German and Italian restaurants, as well as quaint pubs and cafes. In Terrano natural bath you can relax. On the neighboring Obernburg opens up the view of the entire Chattengau. Shops, doctors and pharmacists are in the immediate vicinity.

On request you can book a breakfast for 15 € per person per night. Please let us know in advance.

Leisure and adventure:

The nearby rivers Eder and Fulda offer romantic or exciting canoe trips. A canoe rental is located in the immediate vicinity and appropriate tours are organized by us.

Experience the home of the Brothers Grimm on your motorbike. Experience Northern Hesse on unknown routes ... In own planning or led by us.

Good cycling and hiking trails Fulda-Eder-Weg, ASS Natura, pilgrim's path Elisabeth path, round trip Blue flower ...

The Golfpark Gudensberg is a nice place for beginners and advanced skiers. Playing golf among nice people in a relaxed and natural environment.

The open-air stage Gudensberg brings the Grimm fairytale world to life. In addition, it is the scene of a variety of cultural and northern Hessen typical events.

The World Heritage Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe and the Kassel Grimmwelt are indispensable destinations in every season.  
On the Edersee, one of the largest dams in Germany, you have all the possibilities of leisure activities (eg. Climbing, mountain biking, sailing, windsurfing, a visit to the zoo) It is surrounded by the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park, the largest closed beech forest in Europe.
The special tip, a trip with city tour in the nearby half-timbered gem Fritzlar.

Wunderbare FeWo, entzückende Gastgeber, entdeckenswerte Umgebung

Die 14 Tage, die wir in der FeWo in der alten Pfarre Gudensberg verbringen durften, waren eindrucksvoll und sehr erholsam. Nicht nur die FeWo ist wunderbar, bestens und komfortabel und mit Stil eingerichtet, auch der schöne Garten mit Terrasse unter einer alten Linde lud täglich zum Verweilen ein. Das Ehepaar Mands war sehr gastfreundlich, entgegenkommend, half jederzeit mit Informationen weiter, drängte sich aber nie auf, und respektierte unser Ruhebedürfnis. Wir waren sowohl als Wanderer als auch als begeisterte Touristen unterwegs und haben viel gesehen und uns prima erholt.

In jeder Hinsicht angenehm

Wir hatten das Glück, vier sehr schöne Tage in Gudensberg verbringen zu können. Die Wohnung in der alten Pfarre ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der romantische Garten passt ganz wunderbar zu dem schönen alten Haus und bietet vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen einen sonnigen oder schattigen Platz zum draußen Sitzen. Danke an unsere Gastgeber für die freundliche Aufnahme und die interessante Führung um die alte Pfarre und den netten Ausklang im Gewölbekeller. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Gudensberg. Das alte Pfarrhaus ist liebevoll restauriert und eingerichtet. Alles wichtige fußläufig erreichbar, wie der Bäcker und gute Restaurants. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein wunderschön und liebevoll restauriertes altes Pfarrhaus mit romantischen kleinen Garten, super sauber, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Auch die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und heißen einen herzlich willkommen. Einfach wunderbar!

Ein vollkommen entspanntes Wochenende mit Freunden

Nach einer herzlichen Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin fühlten wir uns auf Anhieb wohl in der sehr gemütlich ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die geschichtsträchtigen Räume mit dem zauberhaften Garten vermitteln eine besondere Atmosphäre. Wir haben das sehr genossen - besonders die nette Führung mit Abschluss im Gewölbekeller;-)

Erlebnis eines Unikates

Modernes Wohnen mit dem Atem eines Jahrhunderte alten Hauses und Gartens. Gepflegt und bestens in Szene gesetzt durch die heutigen Besitzer, das Ehepaar Mand. Wir sagen herzlichen Dank für die freundliche Betreuung. Der Begrüßungsschnaps im tiefen Gewölbekeller war total nett und lecker.

Wunderschönes geschichtsträchtiges Feriendomizil

Die Ferienwohnung mit verwunschenem Garten ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr gut. Selbst für das Wohlbefinden unseres Hundes haben die lieben Vermieter gesorgt. Die Alte Pfarre ist eine Ferienunterkunft mit ganz besonderem Flair. Die Gegend ist toll zum Wandern und die kleinen verwunschenen Orte z. B. Fritzlar laden zum Bummeln ein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Simone, Elisa und Wolfgang :-)

Traumhafter Kurzurlaub über Neujahr

Angekommen, wurden wir direkt von den sehr freundlichen Vermietern empfangen. Nach einem gemeinsamen Rundgang durch die Wohnung konnten wir uns mit der Wohnung vertraut machen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Objekt ist extrem schön eingerichtet und auf dem aktuellsten Stand. Das Badezimmer ist traumhaft schön, als besonderes Highlight ist die geräumige Dusche anzumerken! Ein schöner Garten und ein reservierter Stellplatz im Hof waren das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Sehr zu empfehlen, gerne kommen wir wieder.

Familienurlaub in der Alten Pfarre

12 Tage lang konnten wir die Alte Pfarre in Gudensberg als Ausgangspunkt für unsere großen und kleinen Exkursionen in den hessischen Norden nutzen. Die Alte Pfarre liegt zentral im historischen Ortskern (alle Einkäufe sind fußläufig zu erledigen) aber dennoch absolut ruhig. Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet und besitzt einen ganz besonderen Scharm, ist es doch ein wirklich prägendes Gebäude der Gudensberger Altstadt. Nicht nur das Fachwerk und die historische Ausstrahlung punkten, auch die Möblierung ist dem Stil des Gebäudes bei allem Komfort angemessen. Ein weiteres Plus ist der schöne gepflegte Garten mit seinen gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Vermieter hat uns während des Aufenthalts toll mit aktuellen Veranstaltungstipps versorgt und auch sonst in allen anderen Bereichen für einen angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt gesorgt. Familie Mand als Vermieter und die Alte Pfarre als Unterkunft können wir vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

Die Alte Pfarre Gudensberg ist ein wunderbares Feriendomizil.

Wir (4Freundinnen) haben unsere Zeit in der Alten Pfarre Gudensberg sehr genossen. Unsere entspannten Vermieter haben uns eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung überlassen. Auf die Führung in den Gewölbekeller sollte man nicht verzichten:) Herzliche Grüße im Namen der 4 „Künstlerinnen“.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr nette Gastgeber

Sehr schöne, moderne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung in einem schönen Fachwerkhaus inmitten der Altstadt von Gudensberg. Die Wohnung enthält alles, was das Herz begehrt (und noch mehr). Auch bei heißen Temperaturen ist es angenehm kühl in der Wohnung. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln und es war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt bei Familie Mand.
