We offer for rent a charming, renovated and furnished apartment of 50m² in Royan, 250 m from the beach of Chay and the beach of Foncillon, Thalassotherapy and Garden Tennis.
5 minutes walk from the port, shops and restaurants, and 15 minutes from the central market.
Bus line nearby.
Free parking spaces on the street with no time limit.
It is located on the 1st floor of a secure residence with lift.
It consists of an entrance hall living dining room on open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, sheets included (bring towels which can however be provided on request with an extra charge).
Each bedroom and the living room opening onto a large terrace of 20 m² with its garden furniture, sun loungers and relaxation area, much appreciated by travellers.
Well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, 2-burner induction hob, TASSIMO coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a washing machine. A bathroom with a bath/shower.
A separate toilet.
Possibility on request to put your bikes or motorcycles in a garage.
Pets are not allowed.
The accommodation is non-smoking.
Rental deposit of 500 euros returned at the end of the stay on departure after the inventory of fixtures.
Cleaning fee, beds made 30 euros, laundry 25 euros.

Très bel appartement, parfaitement propre et en tout point conforme aux photos. La propriétaire a été très arrangeante pour l'arrivée et le départ. Je recommande cet appartement!
