Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, campfire site and courtyard.

Alghero. The holiday apartement is located on a open enclosed garden plot with meadow and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. +++++++ PETS: The carriage of pets depends on their size and breed. +++++++ Access is via a side road or directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

air conditioning. Facilities: children's toys, baby cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), safe, iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from early April to end of October, 6 m x 12 m, depth 2,60 m).

Living room with sitting area, TV, dining area (6 seats) and (garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, parasol). Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed on couch/sofa (only suitable for children). Bedroom with 1 double bed and (1 table, 4 chairs). Cooking nook in the living room with TV, dining area (6 seats), gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (induction stove), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), washing machine and **** PLEASE NOTE: Refrigerator, crockery and kitchenette must be left clean before departure and rubbish must be thrown in the bins provided, otherwise up to €100.00 will be deducted from the deposit. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
