This townhouse is at a great location and fun to be on the beach! There is a mini bluff but a path that is built up is provided so you don't have to jump off of it to get to the water.

The listing is exactly like the unit. Very clean, well stocked with kitchen ware, towels, and even some huge beach towels. So nice to sit outside on the balcony with a beverage and enjoy the view. We will return! Deborah

Do Not Go!!!

While this home is in great location with beautiful views! That is all you’ll get for the cost. If you want only tiny surface cleaned home to stay in, then this is the place for you. I was taught if you have nothing good to say say nothing at all… we’ll that’s as good as I can say bout this home!

HOME WAS RUN DOWN TO A DEGREE DID NOT LOOK LIKE PICTURES WAS NOT AS CLEAN AS SHOULD HAVE BEEN. THE STAIRS WAS NOT DESCRIBED IN DETAILS THAT LED DOWN TO THE BEACH THEY WHERE REALLY UNSAFE AND UNKEPT

Awful Experience

The place I stayed was beautiful, minus the ant infestation. Vacasa was easy to set up and get the trip booked but beyond that they were terrible to work with when we realized our place had an ant infestation. They were contacted many time about the issue with the expectation they would send someone out to take care of the issue or relocate. No maintenance, no response, and then to top it all of they did nothing about it at the end. I had to fight for a partial credit after hours on the phone. All in all very easy them to take you money and get you situated and the not care about you after that!

Quick Get Away on Tybee Island

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights. The location is absolutely perfect. We loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean and the beautiful views. You are literally steps from the beach, which we enjoyed every day. It is located on the northern end of the beach, which is much quieter than the south end. The condo is clean and adequately equipped with everything you need. The check-in process was very easy and the host checked in on us during our stay. The condo is somewhat dated, but we would definitely stay again!!

The property was in disrepair. Needed cleaning, screen didn’t work. Refrig drawers were broken and outside was rusted. Tub needed a shell to keep the drain open. Furniture needed to be moved to clean beneath and behind. Needs paint everywhere. The quality of the cabinets, rugs and carpet were sub par.

Home is in desperate need of TLC and updating. Very disappointed in the price we paid vs the condition of the property. The tub drain had to be propped open when showering to allow the tub to drain, toilet on the down stairs bathroom kept running and we had to several times fix it. Some of the lighting needs repair as well.

Loved the location, heart of the island right on the beach! So a huge plus! The condo was OK, but not quite as clean as others we’ve stayed and definitely outdated/broken appliances/fixtures were a detractor. None of it a big deal , you get what you pay for. Beds were comfy Kitchen and amenities were nice. The bathrooms/living rooms in an 70s/80s decor. (But Fridge crisper/ dishwasher agitator broken, washer dryer was pre-Energy Star compliant, outlets were sketchy.)

Great location

Loved the location. Loved the deck with stairs to the beach. Loved the beach. Loved that I could walk to 2 great restaurant/bars. The kitchen is good. Overall the place is tired and needs a refresh. Would I stay there again just as it is? In a heartbeat!!
