Beautiful property and excellent location. The unit is a little dated for the price IMO. It was perfect for our needs. The balcony was right next to the public beach access pathway but no one was loud or rude when we saw anyone and wasn't that busy. Sarah from Island Real Estate quickly responded to any questions or issues we had which were minimal. If you need an umbrella, rent from The Beach Hut on Gulf Dr. The ones provided on property are junk. We would stay here again.

Everything was great! We go to Anna Maria Island every year and sometimes twice a year. We love the island and will continue to go there every year. Everything was clean and up to date. Going to the beach was about a minute walk. Can’t get any better than that.

Loved the location right on the beach! Plenty of room for the two of us. We did feel like we needed the car to get to stores and restaurants but that is our opinion. Owners were onsite during our stay but we didn’t see them very often. They were very nice.
