We have a 50 Amp outlet for plugging in your EV.

The driveway is steep and can require 4 wheel drive in the winter.

In the winter the roads of the community will be ploughed but it is strongly recommended that you travel to the property via 4-wheel drive due to some steeper roads leading up to the property.

Living Spaces
The great room is the heart of this home and is where your group will gather for magical, memorable days together. The sliding glass doors give guests incredible panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, and when fully opened they create a sense of bringing the outdoors in. Double-height ceilings flood the space with natural light during the day, and the fireplace creates a warm and cozy ambiance when night (and temperatures) fall. If you can tear your gaze away from the stunning view, the large flatscreen TV is set up for streaming sessions and movie marathons.
The home’s awesome games room is where champions are made. Challenge your fellow guests to a foosball or darts tournament or take down your toughest opponents on the ping pong table. If vintage gaming is more your thing, you’ll love the classic arcade cocktail table, and there are plenty of board games available to keep your group entertained. The loser does the dishes! There’s also a comfy sectional couch and a flatscreen TV for movie nights or streaming sports and series, and the refrigerator ensures drinks and snacks are always on hand.

Kitchen & Dining
The modern, open-plan kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is extremely well-equipped for whipping up culinary creations and tasty snacks. There’s plenty of counter space for a sous chef or two to help with meal prep, and ample cupboard space means there’s lots of room for your group’s groceries — plus all your favorite treats.
The large dining table seats ten and is where you’ll enjoy long lunches and delicious dinners together. There’s also a breakfast bar that seats four and is ideal for grabbing a quick bite before heading out for an adventure-packed day.

Bedrooms & Baths
Five bedrooms and four bathrooms ensure a comfortable stay with plenty of privacy for up to 14 guests.
The opulent primary suite ensures a serene sleep in the sumptuous king-size bed. Double doors provide unobstructed mountain views and direct access to the terrace where guests can enjoy a serene start to each day. This guest room also benefits from additional privacy thanks to the large en suite bathroom with a shower, tub, and double vanity.
The second bedroom can be found on the same floor and offers a queen-size bed with dual lamps that create a cozy atmosphere for bedtime readers. A full bathroom is conveniently located directly outside the room and is also easily accessed from the home’s main living space.
Head up to the third floor and you’ll find two more tastefully decorated guest suites. One offers a king-size bed plus a snug armchair that welcomes you to curl up to read, journal, or scroll your socials. The other light-soaked suite has a comfortable queen-size bed plus an armchair that’s perfectly positioned to take in the stunning views from the large windows. These two bedrooms share an additional full bathroom.
On the ground is where you’ll find the fifth bedroom with six twin beds. This room is perfect for kids (or kids at heart) who love to have epic sleepovers. A final full bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower can also be found on this floor.

Outdoor Amenities
This secluded home benefits from plenty of outdoor space for guests to enjoy during their stay.
The large deck benefits from picture-perfect mountain and valley vistas, and several seating areas give your group the option of enjoying the space together or slinking off for a solo moment of peace.
The year-round hot tub in the private backyard makes a great place to hang out after a sunny afternoon hike, or with a nightcap on snowy evenings. For ultimate cozy vibes, get wrapped up and gather around the fire pit on the Adirondack chairs once night falls (don’t forget the marshmallows for roasting). There are plenty of yard games for guests to enjoy in warm weather, plus sleds to zip down the surrounding mountains on when snow falls.
A large driveway offers secure parking for multiple vehicles which is convenient for groups arriving separately from one another.

Guests staying at Goat Mountain Lodge also have access to a shared seasonal pool, tennis court, and basketball court, which is a huge bonus for those who like to stay fit and active on vacation.

A personal vehicle is required to access the property, and a four-wheel drive may be necessary during winter. The closest airport is Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), 90 miles away via I-90 E.

Perfect Friends Trip
This property was perfect for our group of 16 people (10 adults & 6 children ranging from 1 - 6 years old) and 2 Labradors! It’s always difficult trying to find a place that meets the needs of a large group, but this place did not disappoint. The layout of the house worked great for each family: Two rooms have walk in closets that came in handy for those that had littles that needed to sleep in a separate room. There was even a pack-n-play we could have used if we had forgotten ours. The master bathroom is beautiful and has a shower and right across is a shower-tub, which gave us more options to bathe the little ones. The oversized kitchen table fit all 10 of the adults and the kitchen came with everything you could think of appliance wise. We came prepared with our own drink cups to avoid unnecessary trash, but turns out, we didn’t need to bring our own since the kitchen had 8-10 reusable cups and wine glasses available. The kitchen also had an instant pot and lots of serving trays and Tupperware. It felt like the kitchen was our own because it supplied so many things you normally don’t get in a rental house. Having a large laundry room was amazing and allowed us to do laundry when needed and was a good spot for the dog’s food/water bowls and anything else we didn’t want to trip over. The deck and fireplace were used day and night. The view off the deck was breathtaking; definitely the spot you want to drink your morning coffee! It was the perfect place for the adults to hang out at night after the kids went to sleep. Downstairs was ideal for the family of 6; they took the bunk room and had the downstairs bathroom right outside their room. The large couch and extra fridge and freezer in the garage and game room were a bonus. The hot tub and porch back up to the hillside which provided some extra privacy and turned into the hangout spot for the dads. Location was also just as awesome as the house. The house is on a dead-end road, so we were more secluded than most houses, which is always preferred for large groups. The house is just a 5-minute walk down to the community center / play area and a 5-minute drive to the lake. And a very quick drive to town. Instructions for the house were very simple and straight forward, which is always a relief. The house provided tons of games and had a lot of room to keep everyone happy and entertained. Christian was very quick at responding any time I reached out and was very flexible and accommodating.

Wonderful property
Great property for recreation. Owner has many fun amenities - board games, ping pong, foosball, PacMan, ladderball and more. Great fun for families. And kitchen and kitchen utensils are exceptional, as are bath furnishings - soaps, shampoos, towels and wash cloths. Great sunny deck for sitting. This is a really fine property. It would be nice to be closer to a lake, but a short drive accomplishes that. Our extended family had a great time here.

I am an eagle scout who grew up hiking and camping in these mountains. I learned to ski as did my children at Snoqualmie pass. We love to hike, ski and travel. It has alway been a dream to own a home in the mountains.

Why they chose this property

There’s nothing like waking up to the wind in the pines, hot coffee or tea in hand, while you take in the expansive views of the valley and dramatic hills in the distance. There’s no limit to the fun times at Goat Mountain Lodge; winter days are spent skiing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, dunking in the hot tub… or just curling up with a good book, listening to snow falling softly on the pines. In the summer, we love to hike, mountain bike, fish, swim- or take a breather on the sunny deck, soaking up the fresh mountain air. This is your mountain escape- everything is possible here!

What makes this property unique

The View. The view from the the house are wonderfull and help you decompress and relax.
The location. Goat Mountain Lodge is far away and yet close. A multitude of year round activities are within 30 minutes and Seattle is an easy 90 minutes away.
