located at 2501 South Ocean blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Comfortably sleeps up to 6. 1 large bedroom that has 2 queen size beds with new comfy thick mattresses. Livingroom/dining room area has a dining table that pulls down into a full size murphy bed. Private 3rd floor oceanfront balcony with breathtaking ocean & beach views and the Sounds of ocean waves.. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless kitchen appliances and granite countertops, Also includes a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, dishwasher. and stocked with blender, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and utensils needed to feel like home. There is even a nice washer/dryer in the unit. Parking for 1 car in the attached parking garage. (All handicap accessible) additional parking in lot, if available. Amenities include access to 2 buildings that have several indoor heated and outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs, indoor lazy river, kids splash pools, fitness center a restaurant in the hotel building. a convenience store right across the street. The Condo has a very strong Wi-Fi . with in unit direct port and cell phones chargers. new 65" 4k Roku TV with great cable and other apps. Located at a very popular Grand Strand resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29577 Close to the boardwalk, Myrtle Beach International Airport, Market Commons, Myrtle beach State Park, Walmart market, Restaurant row, Golf, Broadway at the beach, skywheel, and other great attractions. the resort has 4 high speed elevators a nice fitness room, and outdoor areas to relax.
We are the owner/operator , so eliminating all of the extra Management, booking, resort fees. Also, I am a retired Market and Deli Owner and have great cleanliness, and Customer Service standards. I am even Safe Serve certified. We are striving for 5 star reviews..... we are always updating and improving. We clean and stock needed basic necessities.

This Condo is privately owned and does not have daily housekeeping or maintenance from the hotel. We will provide our personal phone number for any questions or problems. We live close by. We supply all Clean linens, towels, basic necessities, and an extremely clean condo.

Relaxing

The condo was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. The property was very nice. Had a yard we could sit and relax. The pool's and spa were just wonderful.

Great stay

I enjoyed myself during spring break. The room was clean and had all of the amenities needed. Owner communication was great. I even left something in the room when I checked out and the owner mailed it right to me without hesitation.

Positives & Negatives

Spring break trip w my husband and our 2 children (ages 8 & 10). This condo turned out to be WAY smaller than I anticipated. My fault for not paying attention to the square footage but it states it “sleeps 6” so in my mind I was thinking it was bigger. No way 6 people can stay comfortably in this condo. It was a struggle w us 4. It also describes the hosts as “a clean freak”…now everyone’s perception of “clean” can differ… I feel myself to be pretty clean and tidy and I didn’t find this place to be really that way. It’s the little details that catch my eye… old dirty kitchen sponge on the sink for dishes, mold on the bottom of the shower curtain, cleaning products and vacuum in clear view in the bathroom..which was already small. Pull down bed sheets were not changed and you could tell were dirty(owner was very apologetic tho and brought new sheets for ME to change). Water pressure in the sink bathroom was awful. Tiny couch was worn out…no rhyme or reason to the dishes, pots and pans just kinda old/gross. Now for the positives… new washer & dryer. Water pressure in the shower was good. I liked the parking right next to the entrance, so no stairs or elevator when returning to the room… unless you went down to the pool. Pool was perfect for our 2 kids. Hot tub was nice but dirty. Location was in a decent spot, 10-20 min drive to most places, and beach was right there. Overall tho we had a nice time. I would return to Myrtle Beach but unfortunately would not stay here again.

Kevin and Sharon live in Surfside beach, SC and love our coastal area. Kevin is a retired project manager for several dept. Stores and Market & Deli owner and currently owner of a local handyman services. Sharon is a lifelong resident of myrtle beach and works long term in the auto dealership administration field. We love helping others and providing outstanding customer services. We are both clean freaks, but in a really good way.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the view from this property at first site, but needed major updates. So We spent about 6 weeks tearing out carpets and and installing new floors, new appliances, new paint and major cleaning. We are new to renting it out, but promise you a great experience with our Condo and the resort amenities.

What makes this property unique

The ocean front view and watching dolphins just calmed our souls, not to mention the beautiful sunrises over the ocean. The resort is also very close to the Springmaid pier and all the great restaurants, attractions, shopping, and golf courses Myrtle Beach is famous for. Very close to market commons, Myrtle Beach State Park, and Myrtle Beach International airport.
