In the Plain of Lyon, self-catering gite very easily accessed (main roads nearby). Perfect for exploring the city of Lyon and surroundings but also for a business trip near trading /industrial centers South & East of Lyon. The accommodation is located in a large house also including owners' home. Totally separate access, private terrace overlooking the countryside. Ground floor : living room accessed via a French window (kitchen and dining areas). 3 stairs are leading to lounge (double sofa bed, TV) and Wc. Upstairs : bedroom (2 single beds), shower room (shower, washbasin). Bed linen supplied free. Cot on request. Outdoors : terrace (garden furniture, sunshade, barbecue), small private garden of 40 sq.m.. Parking on courtyard of property.
