Great for a family retreat! Located near the Aspen Mountain Trail, This spacious townhouse has four bedrooms (or three bedrooms and one office.) The main floor has a large living, dining, and full kitchen area with a wood burning fireplace and a balcony with sliding doors that overlook Aspen Mountain. The top floor has a private master suite. The bottom floor has a large game room with a pool table and a wet bar. All this and the townhouse is just a three minute walk to the restaurants, shopping and galleries.

Family reunion

Mark & Robin were the most amazing hosts. Check in was seamless; the drinks fridge was stocked; the pool table was a hit with the group; and the kitchen had all that we needed and it was in fantastic condition. Best of all, our hosts treated us to a day of skiing the mountain, imparting invaluable local knowledge to us. The location is second to none - close to town and the slopes.

Aspen/Snowmass Super Bowl weekend Bash

We stayed Thursday thru Monday. We skiied Aspen on Friday and it was a bit icy overall as the winter season has been sparse snow wise. Although the next two nights we got 4-6 inches of new snow each night. So Saturday and Sunday skiing was excellent. We truly skiied directly to our property on Sunday as there was enough snow on the road to allow up too. Great trip overall.

Excellent

Mark, the host, was extremely helpful on all accounts. Very generous with his time and willing to assist on any matter. The townhouse worked great for the family with location being flexible for everyone to be able to walk to ski slopes and town. The location with good snow has ski-in access from the mountain. Community hot tub was well maintain and enjoyable. The game room in the basement of townhouse was a pleasant surprise for the kids. Overall a great experience and we would/will rent this place again!
