Nice home in Knebel with house sea view

You can hardly vacation closer to the beach than in this vacation home. It is located directly on the harbor and beach, you will enjoy the sea here to the fullest. Here you can swim all year round and then warm up again in the sauna. The sandy beach is also child-friendly. On the property there are pleasant corners for private retreat. The large terrace is under roof. The living room is small, but very cozy. From the large and heated annex you have a view of the sea, but its room temperature is most comfortable between April and October. There is a small marina in the area, where you can also find an ice cream kiosk. In 25 minutes by car you are in Ebeltoft. In the house there is a fast internet connection (50/50 Mbit).

Tolle Lage, direkt am feinen Sandstrand in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Der Nebenraum mit 3 Schlafmöglichkeiten war leider nicht vorbereitet, Reinigung war leider mangelhaft (Fingernägel in einem Schlafraum, dreckige Böden, teilweise dreckiges Geschirr in den Schränken).

Das Haus hat alles, was man zum wohlfühlen braucht und hat einen familiären Flair. Die Lage ist einfach ein Traum und man fühlt sich sofort heimisch.Die Gegend ist prima und es ist genau richtig, um auszuruhen und zu entspannen. Es ist dort sehr ruhig und erholsam. Die vielen Sitzecken laden zur Gemütlichkeit ein und man hat Privatsphäre, da nicht alles vom Strand einsehbar ist. Morgens ins Wasser zu springen, ist einfach nur herrlich. Das Grundstück könnte mal wieder ein wenig in Ordnung gebracht werden, das viel Unkraut und die Hecke sehr auf die Wege wächst. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und freuen uns schon jetzt, auf den nächsten Urlaub.Liebe Grüße aus Niedersachsen.
