Kozy Komfort warmly welcomes your furry friends! While we have a $100 pet fee to ensure the comfort of all our guests, we're happy to waive the $250 pet deposit for those who agree to our pet-friendly policies. Bring your beloved canine companion along for a truly cozy stay!
* PARTIES & SPECIAL EVENTS: Absolutely no parties or special events allowed! A violation of this rule will result in termination of your stay without a refund.

* QUIET TIME : The house quiet time is 10pm to 6am. If you are enjoying the back porch or the yard, please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down.

* SMOKING : There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind allowed inside the house. If there is evidence of smoking anywhere inside the house an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be accessed. Smoking is allowed on the back porch. Please be sure nearby doors and windows are closed so that smoke does not drift into the house and be sure to properly dispose of cigarette butts in the trash (not in the yard!)

* PETS: Dogs accepted with advance approval, plus a $250 pet deposit and a $100 per trip pet fee. Deposit negotiable depending upon your pet. Guests must agree to our Pet Policies.

* SHOES: Please remove shoes indoors. Slippers provided for your comfort. Keep them, they are yours.

* DAMAGES: If anything is damaged or broken, please let us know. We are very understanding but don’t like surprises.

* GUESTS: Please be sure all adult guests are registered while making your reservation. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.

**Evidence of blatant disregard for the house rules are subject to a $100 fine.**
