Cocoonr offers you this charming 100 m², west-facing house for rent in Port-Bail-sur-Mer, on the seafront less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 8 people.

It comprises an attractive 80 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 500 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190 cm)
- Bedroom 2: with two bunk beds (sleeps 4, 90x190 cm, 2 of which are suitable only for children)
- A games room
- Shower room

First floor:
- Living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

On the mezzanine :
- Small lounge

Outside:
- The 500 m² garden is not enclosed and is located on the Dune. Only the street side is enclosed.
- The terrace, located on the left-hand side of the house, extends the full width and length of the house, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Port-Bail-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Sand yachting, horse riding, windsurfing
- Port-Bail tourist train

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garden.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Barneville-Carteret railway station is 15 minutes away by car
