What you will love about us

The house, facing south, is very bright with its openings onto the terrace. On the ground floor is the dining room, the living room, the open fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room-WC. Upstairs, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The house is designed for five people. It is not air-conditioned but it has good insulation: by making sure to leave the doors closed during the day, you can maintain a pleasant temperature.

You can have lunch on the shaded terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The terrace can be closed by a barrier adapted if you have young children: please let us know before your arrival.

The 7.5 m x 4 swimming pool is for your exclusive use. It is secured by a protective barrier and has an access staircase. You will find sunbeds and parasols.

On request, we can provide baby equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub.

Presence of our cat, very discreet, to whom we will ask you to give his kibble (provided). Other animals are not allowed.

What you will enjoy in the surroundings

The area, very quiet, is a few minutes walk from the centre of the village and its shops, parks and playgrounds. Sports facilities are very close (tennis, football, skate park, pump track).

Saint Gély du Fesc is a small Mediterranean town with all shops and services, golf, tennis, horse riding, restaurants and multiplex cinema.PGJyPg
8 kilometres: the city of Montpellier. To the north, a magnificent hinterland: one hour away the Cévennes (hiking) and 30 minutes away the Gorges de l'Hérault (fishing, canoeing, swimming). To the south, 35 minutes (28 km) the Mediterranean coast: Les Aresquiers, Palavas, La Grande Motte (beaches, diving, sailing, kitesurfing...). About an hour away: the cities of Nîmes, Sète, the Camargue...

We are counting on you to do the cleaning when you leave. We will ask you for a cleaning deposit of 80 euros on your arrival (check or cash), it will be returned to you on your departure if the cleaning has been done correctly.
