Welcome to our family 🌿 home

We would like to point out that this is our main residence, and not an accommodation solely dedicated to seasonal rentals. You will therefore find all the comforts of a real inhabited home: fully equipped kitchen, crockery, spices, games, books, small appliances and everyday objects... in short, a lively, warm and fully inhabited house.

We simply ask that you take care of it as if it were your own, including the materials, equipment and belongings provided.

We live here all year round with our two little daughters aged 4 and 6, who will be happy to share some toys with the passing 😊 children We just appreciate finding them tidy and in good condition after your stay.

We also have a dog: despite careful cleaning before each arrival, some traces of life may remain. If you are looking for a totally sanitised place or if you are very allergic to animals, this house will probably not be the best choice.

On the other hand, if you like authentic houses, full of charm and soul, then you should feel at home here.
This is also, in our opinion, the whole spirit of platforms like Airbnb: to share a sincere and welcoming place to live.

Our house is ideally located in the centre of a wooded plot of 1200 m², without vis-à-vis, offering calm, privacy and sweetness of life. It has a living area of approximately 150 m².

Day area

The house is organised around a large living room of 60 m², bright and friendly, comprising:

a large living room opening onto the garden and the swimming pool,
a fully equipped open kitchen,
large openings allowing you to take full advantage of the natural light and outdoor spaces.

A place designed to share good times in family or friends.

Sleeping area

The sleeping area includes:

a master suite with private shower room and toilet,
a guest bedroom with bathroom and separate shower,
an additional separate toilet on the ground floor.

A third bedroom is organised into two areas:

an office opening onto the garden on the ground floor,
a mezzanine with high ceilings equipped with two beds Singles.

A laundry area is also accessible in the garage area.

The exteriors

The house has a pleasant outdoor area around the swimming pool.

The poolhouse hosts a large shaded table ideal for summer meals, as well as a wood-burning barbecue for barbecue evenings. A second table is set up on the terrace to enjoy the different spaces depending on the sunshine.

A sheltered area also allows you to hang laundry easily.

Swimming pool & relaxation

The chlorine swimming pool (9 x 4 m) is equipped with an alarm that complies with safety standards.

Around the pool you will find:PGJyPg

a Moroccan bench,
a hammock,
several areas to relax in peace and quiet to the sound of cicadas.

Children can also enjoy a swing installed in the garden.

The house is located on the edge of a park and the scrubland, in a particularly peaceful and green environment.

The village of Castries

The village of Castries offers all the local shops within walking distance in less than 5 minutes:

bakeries,
butcher's shop,
cheese dairy,
wine cellars,
greengrocer,
oyster shack,
supermarkets,
pharmacy...

The bus stop located 30 metres from the house provides easy access to Montpellier, train stations or tram lines.

Relaxation & lifestyle

Between two swims, settle into the hammock or on a deckchair and enjoy the surrounding calm.
