You will be close to the Avenue des Champs-Elysees which is one the most famous avenue in the world, some even calling it the most beautiful avenue in the world. 5 minutes walk to the Arch de Triumph and the Avenue des Champs Elysees, as well as the streets around, are an attraction not to be missed. Near the Eiffel Tower. You will find everything there: great restaurants, cabarets, shops and a good close of culture and architecture.

Great location and apartment

Apartment is spacious with lot's of windows and excellent views from the two decks. It's 1 block away from Pl. Victor Hugo which has many restaurants, a taxi stand, Metro stop and a outstanding bakery.

We booked last minute — 2 adults, 2 kids. The images suggested there might be two bedrooms but there’s one— and the living area with a fold out bed. The balcony with the Eiffel Tower view made it worth it for us. The neighborhood is mostly residential and quiet. - 5min walk from the Victor Hugo metro. I’m so glad we didn’t pick one of the busier neighborhoods because it was very peaceful. Elevator to the 7th floor then up a short Ana beautiful set of stairs so you really are in the penthouse and it’s lovely and quiet.Hosts were fantastic and responsive, one met us at the place to show us the space and give us the key. It would be helpful to have a quick reference guide for how to work the blinds and the machines- and would have appreciated a few coffee pods to start because the nearest cafe is 5 min walk— we left some for the next guests. It would also be helpful to have a visitor ‘s guide with nearby cafés, grocery stores, restaurants and how to use public transport.Also, if you plan to use the jacuzzi, ask them to clean it out and replace the water before you arrive— it wasn’t clean and it smelled like it had been there standing still for awhile. But when it works it’s great!Overall, we’d book direct and stay here again—absolutely!

Not a summer rental

The view and location are fantastic. Great restaurants and transportation within close proximity. Having said that the home was not as advertised. I never received clarity on how to check in and about 15 hours before I was scheduled to be there I contacted VRBO for assistance which was helpful but the property owner left a lot of anxiety by not helpfully answering questions like where to park, how to access the building, how to pick up keys until minutes before arriving. The apartment does have a typical European elevator for the building but it does not go to the floor the apartment is on. The apartment does technically have air conditioning but to use the one portable unit it must vent through an open french door (which on a hot day does not cool the place). There are a few other nitpicking items like drains not draining, general fit and finish being on the more depreciated side given the rent costs. The young person that was the face of this rental was very nice as was his mother, but the anxiety of not knowing if we were going to have a place to stay in Paris and then finding it was not as advertised was very frustrating. If I were coming for a spring/fall trip it would be fine and perhaps having more reviews will give people more confidence in what to expect.
