Private and spacious, renovated 1920s farmhouse in Joelton, Northwest Nashville - 20 min to downtown Nashville; 5 min to I-24.

3 bedroom, 1 bath, large living areas, office space, and plenty of outdoor space to spread out in.

Come get away from it all, while still being close enough if you change your mind! Find yourself near Nashville attractions and our beautiful local parks and farms.

This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home sleeps 7, with two bedrooms boasting memory foam queens and third room has bunkbeds with full size mattresses on top and bottom.

Living room & Bunk Room both have Roku TVs. Plenty of free viewing options and also feel free to log into your own subscriptions during your stay. WiFi connection available.

Kitchen is stocked with basic supplies, cookware, dishes, and utensils. The pass through dining room between kitchen and living room could be an excellent place to set up for work. There is also a desk overlooking the back deck and side yard for a more dedicated work zone.

Bench seating on front porch overlooks tree filled yard, and back porch is set for dining for four, overlooking a large and private back yard and field.

There is a fire pit and seating out back for stargazing and marshmallow roasting.

The master and bunk room have full length mirrors in closet doors, and the house is also equipped with a hair dryer, iron & ironing board, board games & puzzles, books, and kids books.

You will have access to entire home and property. There is ample driveway space and a covered carport.

Awesome place!

We relly enjoyed the opportunity to stay here! I hauled a massive penske truck with car trailer and had a safe place to park. Down below in a gravel pad. The house was outfitted with all of the plates, towels, cleaners... etc! It was really clean and quiet! It's located in a great place too if you want to go in and experience the activities of Nashville. I would highly recommend this property to anyone! Its a very cute House! Thank you for your nice property. Plus the host was so helpful and accomidating. We will definitely stay here whenever we return to Nashville.

Simple Farmhouse loveliness

This house in Joelton was perfect for us when visiting family in and around Nashville and the area to the north. It was an easy drive everywhere we wanted to go. The house is simple and very comfortable. The yard is lovely, and though on a sometimes noisy street, we loved sitting out, listening to the birds, eating mulberries and smelling honeysuckles. Having the double sized bunk beds was so helpful! Everyone in our group of 6 had a good spot.

Good Weekend Away

We had a wedding to attend & were looking for a place to stay close to the Hachland Hill venue, this house was perfect! The driveway is a bit of a struggle to get into for a truck, but we made it work. The owner was very helpful and had great communication when finding out about a plumbing problem an hour before we arrived.
