This modern home that sleeps 8 people comfortably is just 8 minutes from downtown Nashville and only 5 minutes away from The Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills, 5 points in east Nashville and the nations! Enjoy the private rooftop Patio and Plenty of space! Each Bedroom is equipped with a Queen-sized bed and each Sofa folds out into two additional Queen-sized beds! We allow small pets and have food bowls, poop bags, and a crate for them!

Two Negatives (so we are transparent and upfront on what you're getting into!):
☆ There are A LOT of Stairs!!! This house is 3 stories with 2 sets of stairs going up! The bedrooms are on the second story.
☆☆ The unit is located facing a street, so there is some road noise, but DON'T WORRY! We have provided sound machines, and earplugs to use as necessary!

Beautiful Condo-Beat Expectations

My 84-yr old mother, two sisters and I stayed at Hang’s Hangout while on a Mother/Daughters trip to Nashville. My mom stayed in Dolly’s Den, and it could not have been any better. She loves Dolly and lavender is her favorite color! This location is about a 15-minute drive to downtown Nashville and to the Grand Ole Opry. After touring or honky-tonking, it was nice to come “home” to a comfortable space that offered peace and quiet. The private rooftop was a favorite place to hangout for one of my sisters. And we could tell a lot of thought went into the decor of the entire condo, paying homage to country legends and the local NFL football team, the Titans. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and 100% recommend it for anyone looking for a place outside of the heart of downtown Nashville, yet just a 15-minute drive away.

This property was just as described. We enjoyed our stay. Parking for 2 vehicles or more was very helpful. We visited the rooftop deck a few times. It was great for morning coffee and an evening nightcap.

Loved Hanks Hideout

We were in town with friends celebrating our anniversary’s. We wanted to be close to Broadway. The house was a quick Uber ride away. It had plenty of space, clean and looked just like advertised. There are lots of steps but we were fine with that. Great for couples!
