Perfect home!

Everything about this home was perfect: the beautiful blue-lit pool, stocked kitchen, shuffleboard, billiards, pool floats, cleanliness and overall luxury. I would definitely recommend. There was room for everyone in our family.

Wonderful stay with friends

This house exceeded our expectations. As others have said, it was very well stocked with anything you could need, the pool and hot tub were lovely , and the house was a perfect set up for our group. Communication with the host prior to our trip was easy. We will absolutely stay here again!

Indio Casa del Sol

Great place for a large family (7 adults, 5 kids 4 to 8). The kids spend a large part of every day in the pool. Host was very helpful.

I am a perfectionist and always put my guests needs at the top of my list. My goal is to make your stay as perfect as it can be. I am very attentive and responsive. Also, named after a famous television star in the mid-seventies. That star was the Bionic Man.

Why they chose this property

The open concept layout of the main living area features a great room with a large 75” Samsung QLED Smart TV, comfortable sectional seating, gas fireplace, and a “Starbucks style” workstation. Skip the lines, spilled drinks, and the cover charge at your local pub when you stay in and watch your favourite sporting event with a fully equipped living room bar. Adding to the fun and games for half time entertainment is a 9’ shuffleboard table and pool table.

Bedroom Descriptions:

Overlooking the backyard oasis with private double French doors to the pool and spa, the luxurious, spacious Master Suite features a King-size bed, 55" QLED Smart TV and a quiet reading area. Designed to exceed the highest standards, the Master Suite offers luxury linens, Stearns & Foster beds, and a spacious spa-like granite ensuite. Get ready for a long luxurious soak in the oversize bathtub with a separate custom shower, dual sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2, This quiet east facing oversized bedroom features 2 double beds, luxury linens, a 55” QLED Smart TV and walk in closet. A private ensuite with separate oversized tiled shower completes this luxury suite.

Bedroom 3 has the benefit of a separate entrance off the quiet inner courtyard at the front of the house. This room has a comfortable King size bed, 55” QLED Smart TV and oversize closet. There is a full bath and shower in the hallway that is shared with Bedroom 4.

Bedroom 4 is located at the front of the house with 2 bunk beds. One set of the beds has a full on the bottom and a twin on the top with the other 2 twin size beds. There is a full bath and shower in the hallway that is shared with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 5 is located on the quiet north side of the house. This room has a comfortable King size bed, 55” QLED Smart TV and dresser. A private ensuite with separate tiled shower completes this luxury suite.

Indio offers visitors a variety of outdoor activities for all seasons. It is a perfect place to enjoy the American Express PGA Tournament and the La Quinta Arts Festival. Shopping and dining in Old Town La Quinta are a must with the famous El Paseo drive located in Palm Desert only 20 minutes away. More than 100 golf courses fill the Coachella Valley, allowing the golfers in your group to play to their heart's content.
