This 3br 2 bath single story waterfront home is located on the deep water where you will enjoy magnificent westward sunset views from the homes large partial covered deck. Private dock with large slip and hydro hoist along with half slip. Dock will accommodate up to 4 boats.
By boat you will be approximately 15 minutes to fast water and endless choices of restuarants and bars with many opportunities to enjoy your favorite water sports, skiing, tubing etc... on your way to your destination.
Enjoy the paddleboat or 2 kayaks in the no wake cove included with the vacation home rental. Everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals are also on property, even a BBQ grill on the deck.
So many amenities, inquire with any questions!

Perfect weekend getaway.

We found this little gem to be a perfect “staycation” for my husbands birthday. Lee & Tammy were very nice and easy to communicate with. Nights on the deck were the best!

This was our first VRBO in Discovery Bay, and it was amazing! The house was incredibly clean, nicely decorated, and the furniture in great condition. The linens on the beds felt like an upscale hotel. The couch…so comfy! Turn on some music from the Amazon TV account. The back deck had a dining table, two comfortable cushioned chairs for coffee and an outdoor gas fire pit with couch. Tons of spaces to enjoy the view. We brought our 23ft boat and enjoyed motoring out of the Discovery Bay…because good news…look for the rope swing for the teens. It’s really the little extras. I forgot coffee, but they had enough + little creamers/sugar to tide us over. Shampoo and conditioner…just extras that you usually bring. So thanks again!!
