About this property

Teak: a North Albany Family Home

This North Albany home is located in a quiet neighborhood, near a shopping center with grocery, sushi, beer garden/food truck pod, and more.
1 mi from downtown Albany, and 10 mi to downtown Corvallis, you’re in a residential suburb, while you want for nothing.
This 3-bedroom, comes with an additional bonus bedroom, with two additional queen beds, in the converted garage, bidets in each bathroom, a kitchen and dining room, and a backyard space.
There are seasonal fruit trees in the backyard to snack on.

There are two additional air mattresses that can be used in the living room. Note that on VRBO, “Air Mattress” is not an available amenity, and thus, they are listed as futons. They are not futons: they are air mattresses.

Please note that this house was originally a three bedroom. As such, the living room and dining room space are designed for a smaller house. By adding in the garage bedroom, this house can now sleep more people, but the dining room can only seat five at a time. There is additional back patio table which can seat another six. And guests are also welcome to eat in the living room.

There is parking space for two cars in the driveway, and there is free additional (unreserved) on-street parking as well.

Checkin is after 4:00pm.

There are train tracks nearby, and you may hear the train briefly, in the middle of the night.

The front yard is currently in the prep process, before undergoing an irrigation installation next month. The yard is currently dirt-only, in preparation.

Upon booking, you will be asked for your email, your ID, and to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement

Living on the road.
This property was exactly what we needed at the end of a long day. The parking was lighted with tons of room for our trucks. With neighbors walking and children playing, we knew it was a great community. The house was larger than expected and had enough room to facilitate a much larger group if needed. The communication with the owner was absolutely great. Loved it! We Reserved it next week as well. Love and Aloha , Dickerhoof Construction Bobby Kelly,
