Charming home in a quiet neighborhood and minutes to the popular bayside beaches. Cape Code Rail trail is within one mile of this home. 6A is walking distance from the home and minutes to some of the great restaurants in Yarmouth and Dennis. This home offers spacious kitchen with eat-in dining room, living room with beautiful fire place, and recently updated sun room. There are two bed rooms and one bathroom on the main level, with 2 additional spacious bedrooms and one full bathroom on the second level. If your group has children, there is ample space to run around the house. It is conveniently located to Rt 6 and other shopping areas.

Note: Currently, the second floor is being renovated with an addition of second bathroom, and expanded bedrooms.

Why they chose this property

This home is truly a gem and is situated close to activities for all age group (Biking, walking, playground, shopping, restaurants, beaches and more). We lived here through the summer of 2021 and absolutely loved. Being able to catch the beautiful sunset after long day of work and seeing our children splashing around on the bay beaches was absolutely priceless. The other perk for us here was that the location is safe and quite. This was very important for us because we have little children. But the were able to play safely in backyard and we were able to enjoy a cocktail or two (on occasion) on the front lawn while the kids played.
