Good Stay, minor flaws

The overall stay was good & had a good location, close to the train station for day trips & in walking distance to the old town and beach. Beds however were not very comfortable & the pillows were terrible. There is air con in the bedrooms which is very loud & can be a problem for any light sleepers. Wifi is also not very strong so we couldn’t rely on it. But the price for the stay was very reasonable & had plenty of space. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the property so it was fine for us.

Nice apartment but poor furnishing

This could be a lovely apartment but it is unfortunately let down by poor quality, old furnishings and equipment. Random crockery etc in the kitchen. Poor bed in 2nd bedroom Other furniture could do with being replaced. Having to pay extra for towels is also very poor. But it is a good big space and the bathroom is modern. Please note that you need the shutters open for the air con to work, otherwise the units cannot vent properly.

Grand appartement bien situé

L’appartement est très spacieux et bien situé. Il manque juste quelques petites choses pour que ce soit plus pratique : un tapis de bain dans la salle de bain serait le bienvenu et des gants /maniques dans la cuisine car il n’y a rien, pas de torchon pour attraper les casseroles chaudes. Sinon tout est très bien

Appartement super

L'appartement est grand et fonctionnel. Les deux chambres sont séparées par la sdb, ce qui garantit une vraie tranquillité. L'emplacement est bon, proche des transports, de la promenade et des commerces. Parfait pour 4 personnes, l'immeuble est calme. On pourra cependant noter que la chambre du fond reste exposée aux bruits de la collecte des poubelles en début de nuit. Un point à améliorer, la climatisation. Il s'agit de blocs de clim mobiles qui ne refroidissent pas grand chose.

très bon séjour

Très bel appartement et surtout très grand! Promenade des anglais accessible en 10 minutes de marche, gare Nice Ville en 5 minutes de marche. Plein de boulangerie autour de l'appartement dont une à 5 mètres! Plusieurs supermarché à proximité dont un ouvert de 7h à 23h! Immeuble calme. Il est en centre ville, donc effectivement on entend un peu de passage la nuit ( scooter, camion poubelle...) . Moi, je n'ai rien entendu, mais mes enfants oui.

infos

seul très inconvénient pas de doubles vitrages dans les chambres donc bruyant alors qu'il y en a dans les pièces moins nécessaires. A voir quand même ces serait dommage de ne pas y revenir à cause de cela

Wat een geweldig appartement. Art deco stijl en wat veel ruimte. Ideaal voor vier personen. We hebben genoten. Toch enkele kanttekeningen. 1. het bed (onderdeel van een kast) is te klein voor ons. Met onze lengte van allebei 1.80 cm past wij er niet languit in. Slapen ging dus er moeilijk. 2. het appartement is zeer gehorig. De onderbuurvrouw had terecht 2 x last van ons en dat heeft ze ons laten weten. Natuurlijk is dat goed uitgesproken.

Was ok.

WiFi did not work in all rooms - only the 2 bedrooms. Lift broke down a lot. Having to collect keys from the Interhome office and then leave back to office was lazy from Interhome and having someone meet at the apartment would have been much more in line with competition and more of a nice gesture. Had to pay separately for sheets / towel Second bed was not very comfortable for anyone medium height. Living room furniture and couch was seriously uncomfortable.

Spacious apartment with easy access to all you require.

The apartment was 15 minutes walk to the promenade and the beautiful beach. The train station was also 15 minutes away. Every thing was clean and included all you needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Peu mieux faire

Logement froid il serait utile de remplacer les vielles fenêtres dans les pièces où cela a n’a pas été fait. (Wc, chambres, salle d’eau, salon.) Très bruyant , le bruit passe avec les courants d’air par les fenêtres anciennes. Dommage car l’appartement est très bien situé et agréable à vivre.
