Family villa ideally located in Pyla-sur-Mer, offering an exceptional panoramic view thanks to its elevated position: facing the Arcachon Bay and, to your left, the famous Dune du Pilat. A unique setting for an unforgettable holiday, surrounded by nature, ocean and relaxation.

With a surface area of 150 m², the villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It is arranged over two levels (ground floor + upper floor), perfect for stays with family or friends.

Outdoor areas & relaxation

The villa features a fully enclosed garden and a beautiful terrace directly accessible from the ground floor, fully equipped to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals:

* Outdoor lounge furniture
* Outdoor dining table
* Sun loungers
* Ping-pong table

You will also enjoy a 5x10 m (unheated) swimming pool to cool off throughout the day.

A pool technician comes once a week during your stay for maintenance.

**Parking:** space for 2 to 3 vehicles inside the property (depending on size) + free parking available outside.

Ground floor (direct access to terrace/pool)

The ground floor offers bright and welcoming living spaces:

Altamira villa is the perfect place to enjoy Pyla: swimming, sunsets, relaxing moments on the terrace, and unforgettable walks between the Bay, the forest and the Dune du Pilat.

As part of the cleaning service, **household linen is included**:

* Bed sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases
* Small and large towels
* Bath mat
* Tea towel(s)

The villa is on your right, up a slight incline. You can drive your vehicle right up to the gate.

One week before your arrival, AD Conciergerie will contact you to confirm your arrival time.

The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Pyla, ideal for enjoying the area without a car.
Le Moulleau is about a 15-minute bike ride away, perfect for its beaches, atmosphere and great places to visit.
The Pyla mini-market is also nearby, very convenient for everyday shopping, with several shops and restaurants close by.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Please respect the peaceful surroundings. We do not allow parties.

During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm and to open and close the pool shutters.
Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they can swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open.
