WE ARE BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER!
Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria Island in the city of Bradenton Beach, this completely completely remodeled condo is in a prime location at the west end of picturesque Historic Bridge Street, right next to the popular Beach House Restaurant and provides a vacationer with all the options.

This condo is complete in every way: new fully equipped modern kitchen, two bedrooms, two full baths, LG washer/dryer, WiFi, cable flat screen TV in every room and more.

Beach, Pool, Sun and Sunsets: Gulf View is located directly on the beach. Walk from your condo right on to the beach and wade into the Gulf of Mexico. Take a dip or lounge by the heated pool reserved for Gulf View guests on your way to the beach or when you return.

Park in your reserved, covered parking spot.
Everything you could want is within walking distance! Take a ride on the Free Island Trolley that runs from 7:00 am until 10pm up and down the island.

Historic Bridge Street has a variety of restaurants with outdoor music, ice cream shops, boutiques, mini-golf, fishing, boating, --you name it, you can enjoy it from Gulf View.

Stroll the smooth, white sand beach. Watch the manatees and dolphins frolic in the emerald-green waters of the Gulf. Kids can wade, build sand castles or chase the gulls. Enjoy the antics of the pelicans and other diving birds as they plunge into the Gulf to catch fish.

At the end of the day, kick back and delight in the gorgeous sunsets as seen from your private, screened balcony. There is absolutely nothing to block your view of this magnificent, daily extravaganza by Mother Nature.

Activities: Walk to shopping on picturesque Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach or ride the free Trolley to stores in Holmes Beach or the City of Anna Maria Drive to shopping at the famous St. Armand's Circle. A wide variety of excellent restaurants are less than 5 minutes away by foot and many more are a very short drive.

Enjoy shelling, fishing, parasailing, swimming and miniature golf with out ever starting your car. Or, drive a short distance to outlet malls, golf courses, movie theaters, nature trails, high-end shopping, art galleries and the world renowned Ringling complex featuring an art gallery, circus museum and restored mansion. Venture further to Busch Gardens in Tampa (1 hour) or Disney World in Orlando (2 hours)

Frequent special events include art fairs, farmers' markets, flea markets and historic celebrations.

Location: Anna Maria Island is about 16 miles due west of Exit 220 on Interstate 75. Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport is 20 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is about an hour north.

Great location. It was quiet but you are able to walk to the marina for parasailing and dolphin tours. Bridge street shops and restaurants are a 2 minute walk as well. We will be back!

Just Perfect!

My family and I had the best time at our stay in Bradenton Beach! The condos location can’t be beat! Harry and Yvette thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. They have all the supplies for a perfect beach day with a cabana, chairs, boogie boards, etc.. etc.. also walking distance to several great restaurants. We would absolutely love to come back and stay!! This has been on of our favorite vacations by far! Thanks again Harry and Yvette!!

Very happy with our stay. Condo was completely updated, well maintained and most importantly, clean!!! Harry and Yvette have thought of everything you may need while staying there; flashlights for night walks on the beach, chargers for phones, starter sunscreen, plenty of beach towels, extra bedding, coffee…you name it. They even contacted us within the first 24 hours to make sure everything was up to par and if there was anything we needed. We really appreciated the thought they’ve put into everything to make their renter’s stay so special.

Absolutely perfect

This rental is the real deal! This was our first time in Anna Maria Island, but it won't be our last. The unit was furnished with everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrellas for the beach, plenty of towels and linens. We drove on this trip so that we could pack plenty of things, but we will fly next time because everything we needed was provided. We also drove so that we could move around the island but there are plenty of attractions within walking distance and there is a free trolley. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful getaway!

Best vacation Ever!

We were so blessed to spend 2 weeks in this gorgeous condo in paradise. We were so impressed with Yvette and Harrys attention to detail. Not only was the condo decorated beautifully, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and more. We appreciated all the extras that were left from the chocolates to the shampoo, conditioner, hand sanitizer, beach bag and much more. The condo was the cleanest place we have ever rented and the beds were so comfortable. Every morning we would sit out on the lanai, drink our coffee and eat our breakfast while looking out at the breathtaking view I could have stayed there forever. This was our third time visiting AMI but by far the best place and location. Literally everything you need is within walking distance. Bridge Street has so many shops and restaurants including live music. Thank you Yvette and Harry for sharing you slice of heaven with us. We hope you will have us back again next year.

A true paradise

This beachfront condo was absolutely perfect in every way. The check in process was smooth. Everything you can possibly need is at your disposal. Yvette and Harry have thought up of everything one May need to make your stay comfortable. The location of the condo couldn’t be better. You’re within walking distance of so many little shops and restaurants. You have the trolley steps away. The view of the gulf is spectacular. We sat in the lanai everyday just to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The condo has been tastefully updated. The bathrooms and bedrooms are so spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. We even made pizza one night. The beach locker has chairs, canopies and toys for kids. The pool was definitely a big plus. Kids enjoyed the beach and then some pool time. Our stay was perfect and we are looking forward to returning.

Exactly what we were looking for!

This condo is perfect for a small family stay at the beach! Very updated and spacious area! It had everything we needed and more! The cabana in the cabinet with the beach supplies was perfect and easy to put up everyday! The beach chairs were in great condition and perfect for our family on the beach. There were coolers in the master closet that were perfect for us to take drinks to the beach. We used one to carry our phones, sunblock, and speaker to the beach, it was convenient and protected our electronics. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Only downside to that is the restaurant across the street played live music almost every night and we could hear it while sitting on the lanai, not super loud, but enough. Nothing negative about the condo or Yvette and Harry at all! Communication was great and had all the information we needed in plenty of time for our trip. Nicely stocked…the best I’ve ever seen! Very spacious parking. Short walk to the beach.

Ahhhhhhmaaazzing...

Goodness, I don't know where to start. My title of Ahhhmazzing is truly how I felt the moment we entered Yvette and Harry's condo. Literally I said Ahhhhhh.....so beautiful and relaxing. From the beautiful remodel of the condo to the exquisite view of the beach and the ocean, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. I was able to celebrate my birthday in paradise. Every morning and evening we were on the lanai taking in the peace and relaxation only the ocean sounds can provide. The location was perfect and we walked many places to eat and shop. We had everything we needed and more. I have never seen such a well stocked condo. If you can think of it, Yvette and Harry had it available. Yvette was always so quick to respond and was a true gem to work with. We were even able to meet her in person while we were there. I recommend the hosts and this condo 100%. I can't wait to return! Thank you so much, Yvette and Harry for your hospitality and beautiful condo.

We’ve stayed at several rentals in AMI and local resorts and this one is by far the best! You can’t beat the location and amenities here. The location speaks for itself, and you will not find a better place on the beach centrally located at this price; it just doesn’t exist. This was hands down the most well-appointed vacation condo my family has ever rented. The pots, pans, and cooking utensils matched and were in good condition. The appliances were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The beach gear was all in working order and in great condition, and there were plenty of linens for use inside and at the pool. We received a thoughtful welcome gift of beach gear and sweets that the family loved. Everything in the condo was perfect! Yvette was a pleasure to work with leading up to and during our stay. She created an incredible vacation experience, ensuring all the little details were in place for our family. We would love to rent this condo again. 10/10 does not do this rental justice!

Great place to stay, I would highly recommend it. Great location and having the pool with the beach was amazing. Lots of extras little things in the condo too from toiletries to beach chairs. The host is very friendly and recommended a place to eat. Swordfish grill just over the bridge. Give it a try.
