Quiet apartment with terrace, garden, billiards, sauna

The basement apartment is located in the time-out oasis Freystadt (see own ad). There is a separate entrance and terrace area (see pictures).
The bedroom with 1 double bed was renovated in spring 2017, as was the bathroom.
Another single bed is in the entrance area, there is a sofa bed in the billiard room.
A kitchenette (two hot plates, oven, microwave, refrigerator) are available.
If agreed and available, the basement area with sauna (€ 20.00 one time) and billiard room can be used (if the main house is not rented).
After a sauna session, a garden shower is available on the terrace - and two comfortable reclining chairs.
The medieval town center is only about 200 meters from the house. In the billiard room there is a large sofa bed for 2 people (additional)
