Detached chalet with mezzanine in a space including 3 other chalets rented year-round. Ground floor: living room - kitchen, bathroom (shower), separate toilet, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm). Mezzanine: 3 single beds 90x190 cm. Terrace in front of the cottage. Grounds. Shared barbecue. Parking space in front of the cottage. Comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped cottage, ideal for 5 people. Functional and welcoming, it offers everything you need for a pleasant stay in the heart of the mountains. Large outdoor space and beautiful terrace with unobstructed views of the Aravis peaks. In the heart of Val d'Arly, a detached chalet at the entrance to the village of Saint-Nicolas La Chapelle. In winter, the Espace Diamant ski area via Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe is 5 km away. The Saisies Nordic area is 16 km away. In summer, there are hiking and mountain biking trails starting from the gîte. The Aravis Pass and gateway to the Massif are 13 km away. Chamonix, a town at the foot of the largest glaciers and Mont Blanc, is 48 km away.
